Medieval Total War - 3?

Will there be a 3rd in the series? I was late coming to these games but was utterly blown away by them. The latest MTW 2 addon is the most played game on my PC by a long, long way!

I just hope they don't take it out of the medieval period!

Empires: total war is the next one in progress, after that, who knows~
I do prefer the Medievals' as I like the time period the best, personally.

If they did, it wouldn't be Medieval: Total war, would it ?

I hope Empires is going to address some of the problems in MTW2. I'am waiting for this before an upgrade on the PC. Unless sim city 5 suddenly appears, or maybe Anno 1801

Besides multiplayer games such as counter-strike, total war series has easily consumed the most gaming time.

Lol what more could you actually expect from a third Medieval Total War? Number 2 pretty much had all the content you would want.

Improved AI and more units would be sweet but yeah it's pretty much all there. Great game

I'm playing through Rome at the moment.

I love zooming in and watching, it's absolutely engrossing!

Looking forward to this but I hope they take their time to address the issues with the AI. Medieval 2 seemed a bit rushed and the gaming experience suffered for it.

I tried to fire up Shogun Total War a few weeks back but it seems it doesn't like the newer Nvidia cards.

Dont like it when you have 200 men all doing the same thing at the exact same time.

Hopefully boat battles are fought on map sort of thing, rather than by a mouse click!

It'd be cool if you could do a LAN campaign game with a friend or something, suppose it'd take too long.

I'm definitely looking forward to Empires: Total War. Excellent period and hopefully they'll respond to complaints from both MTW:2 and RTW and fix some of the AI issues etc.
