MEDIEVAL TW 2 - CD INVALID???

I have had this game since it came out but have never played online. I have gone to play it online and it says that my key is invalid?

Any ideas?

This is something you will need to take up with http://www.totalwar.com/ support team.

The only thing i can think of is that someone has guessed / nicked your cd key?

Probably well of the mark there though...

Solved. Re-typed the CD key into the regedit in Capitals and all ok. Must be caps to play I guess.
