I want to ask a few questions

Medion Erazer Beast X25 NVIDIA RTX 3080 16GB, 32GB, 17.3" 165Hz QHD, AMD R7-5800H Gaming Laptop



Grafic card it is rtx 3080 16gb ---- TPG 150W and overclock is 165w max .
Can you confirm that those 150w are real because I read on some forums that the data is not true. real it should be 135w.

I would like some advice on Is there anything better in this laptop price 1800? meybe rtx 3070 or ?

Does it pay off for me to change my laptop compared to what I own?
