I'm normally a calm, collected person but am finding things a bit hard going lately (I've turned into Mr Grumpy and am a general stress-head). I'm looking to do something about it and restore the sense of calm I had up until the beginning of the year.
I always thought Meditation was a load of pap, but am now curious as to whether it's actually beneficial or just something hippes do to pretend that they're at one with the Earth and all, man.
Seriously, if anyone does this or has tried it, I'd really appreciate your views.
