Medium spec card wanted?

Can someone suggest a graphics card for around £100 that is capable of playing games in reasonable quaility and is capable of folding.

It's not for a main system so any will do.

x1950 Pro (although that won't go for less than £125, so a little of of price range)

Can't recommend the 7600GT enough.

If you're on AGP then I would still recommend it, all be it slightly out of your price range. But you wouldn't regret the little extra expenditure.

Dang, missed that part of your post. Don't think it can.

In that case, I'd recommend the X1950Pro. A little out of budget but a cracking card for the price.
