Is this game any good? I really liked Rome Total War, but i couldnt run it great with my old computer. It looks good and i liked the turn based single player in R:TW, is that the same? And the battles, they still good?

Just need some opinions :D

Hi mate, would recommend this game to you if you enjoyed Rome, and from your computer spec I think you would be in for a graphical treat too!

I would say make sure you patch it, the vanilla game had a fair few bugs!

I pre-ordered it and got it the day before it came out in the stores, played it for 3 hours and quit, the bugs made in unplayable, then when the patch came out I installed just to see if they were fixed and have played it non-stop (bar work and sleep) for the last two weeks.
 
Great game, only just reinstalled it tonight and loving it.

Best played thing ever played over the Uni LAN. Shame the foriegn guys dont play it as well, bloody css!!!!

Tonite tring it with Venice instead of thesis writing, much more interesting :p
 
Ohh quick question to those out there.

Does anyone have a 8800 gts and this game? Was wondering if the better IQ i hear so much about is evident in this game?

Any screenies really appreciated :D
