Meet Frank

About 4" which is why he gets to keep the shirt :D I was sitting on the stairs about a 1ft away, with my cat sitting next to me, protecting me :D

Aye I can see why now. I had one in my room about 2 weeks ago that was trapped inside one of my girlfriends fancy bags that has smooth internal sides, so it couldn't get out. I got woke up by the movement of the bag and nearly crapped myself when I looked inside lol. Spider was something she'd brought back from home (bulgaria) and had grown to a good 6 inches, possibly slightly more. I don't mind spiders, but that just took the ****.

Didn't take a photo of it either as I couldn't take my eyes off of it, just incase it somehow got out of the bag and disappeared in my room LOL.

Then you'd have to move house :D

My mate had MASSIVE spiders in his house. I swear they'd tip their hat when they walked past :D

I remember trying to take a photo of a spider using the raynox D250 macro adapter on the AF-S 35mm F1.8 prime lens. The spider was about the side of a AA battery (had it sat next to it) but to get focus, I had to put the glass of the raynox about 3 inches from the spider, whilst laying on the floor. If it had moved, I think I'd have needed a new pair of pants lol.

Ha :D That's hilarious, but I share your fear!
