MEF: Music Editor Free

Not sure if anyone has seen or posted this, but there is a Free program that was $29 to buy but is now completely free

It allows you to do lots of stuff with your music. (kind of like Audacity but maybe better)

Seeing as this did cost money it must be better than Audacity (just a guess) ... downloading now.

I did have Audacity on my computer but did a reinstall of Windows recently so this will do nicely!

Someone put an audio editor into Office 2007!

I would be interested in knowing how much better it is than Audacity, does it support the LAME mp3 codec for exports? If not then it's not better tbh.

Only limitation Ive seen is it wont Export as MP3, but you can export as WAV and convert it to MP3 easy anyway so its no biggy really

Audacity is still good, thought this might be worth a mention also as its FREE!
