Megadrive controller on PC?

wonder if there is a way of getting a MegaDrive controller onto the PC? for some micromachine action

There was a Sega Saturn pad that you could get for the PC. I've currently got a Sega Saturn pad for the PS2.

there is a way, cant remember if it was through a mod or drivers, but i think it had somethin to do with the com port. i was gonna have a go but decided int he end it'd jsut be easier to get one of them psx to PC usb converter things for a few quid
