mem info pls

hi
i might have posted on this subject before but i need some more info on
which memory that will work perfect for this motherboard=asus p8z68-v pro and an Intel 1155 2500k chip.
i know one or two mentioned about 4gb corsair xms3 ddr3 -12800c9 1600mhz kit
but what other good alternative is their?
i know the xms3 at the mo is cheap but as i am buying bit by bit so by the time i come around of buying the memory these might of gone up in price
but i only want the best

Well technically any set of fullsize DDR3 2200/2133/1866/1600/1333/1066MHz set but I would suggest 1600MHz. Voltage preferably 1.5V, but 1.5-1.6V will be fine (note that even though the XMS3 are rated at 1.65V, they will undervolt to 1.5V fine)

Low profile would be better as well so not to conflict with any aftermarket coolers.

The sweet spot is 1600mhz, so I would go for any RAM in this list: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/productlist.php?groupid=701&catid=8&subid=1517&sortby=priceAsc

All of them will work fine on that board.

Rather going up in price, they seem to be going down... about a month ago the Corsair 8gb kit I bought seems to be £10 cheaper .
