Mem overcloking tips please!

Im looking for some much needed advice, im currently at 280x10 on an opteron 146 and thats my max stable oc with my current cooling! now i have many options to run my mem at and need some help with this, what would give me the best performace idealy for games, web surfing anf burning media really and just overall:

183 divider (253 mem speed - 7,3,3,2.5 (1T)
166 divider (233 mem speed - 6,3,2,2.5 (1T)
133 divider (186 mem speed - 5,2,2,2 (1T)

if theres any combinations that you think may be better please say! :)

These are crucial blaistix 2x512 stickes in dual channel!
 
ok well ive got it runnin stable at 19 passes on mem test at 254 mem speed 6, 3, 2, 2.5 - is that the fastest or is 5, 3, 2, 2.5 the next tighter timings?
 
ive got them running at 254 now at 5, 3, 2, 2.5, is this better than any of the combinations above just to confirm?
