Your gunna need 250 not spam posts.

You cannot see it until you meet the requirements. Its something like 250 posts (Not Spam) and 6 months since first registered. If you have been registered for along time the post count is lowered to 100 i think. Its in the FAQ or rules somewhere.

250 non-spam posts and 90 days.

There's no reduction to 100 posts, you're thinking of free delivery (100 posts and 1 year forum membership).
