ok stupid question, I have just had a crack at the monster hunter benchmark
and I must say it does look quite good. But I do have to ask why are we listing the memory clock divided by 4, the manufacturers list it without any division at all, afterburner lists it divided by 2. It seems to be the only number that we don't list the total, I mean for CPU's we list the total speed not the bus speed or multiplier.
So I just don't get it, maybe there is a perfectly good reason and I cannot think of it at the moment, so please enlighten me.

its displayed wrong in the OSD in afterburner.

gddr5/3 are quad pumped like ddr3 which they are based on. this means their effective clock speed is 4x the base clock. on my 970gtx for example, my base memory clock is 2000mhz so effective is 8000. afterburner's OSD says 4000mhz which is incorrect :)
