Memories Burning - Need Urgent Help

Last month, my programs started to collapse giving exe or dll error. Because i am working, studying at IT sector, I have 10s of programs installed so i first thought it was because of conflicts between my programs or services. But then they started to give memory error at a certain memory location. I understand that one of my rams died, so i find (tried one by one, and one of them gave error at boot up) and removed it and i had to go back to my last Acronis true image backup because most of my programs and windows files corrupted.

Last week, again same problems started to occur after using windows some time, so i used memtest to check my last ram. It gave 80,000 errors around 360th-380th mb of my memory. So when any program try to run at these locations, they collapse or pc restarts.

I cant understand what can be the problem, it cant be memory sockets of mainboard or heating, because i didnt overclocked them. I dont want to buy or try any other memory before finding the problem. So i need help :)

Also if there is any tool to block programs access to memory's certain locations, please send me a link. I will go crazy soon because of crashes :).

My PC Specs:
Asus A7N8X Del V2
Ati 9800 Pro @ XT
Barton 2500
2 x 512mb DDR 400 Memory (Corsair and Twinmos) - RIP

I doubt that is possible.

Maybe first try it for a while with a cheap 256Mb stick to see if the mobo is killing the RAM?
