Memory Advice for a DDR newb

Hi,

After 5 years of good service I'm finally going to replace my PC, the CPU/mobo will be a quad core QX6700 and an Abit IN9 32X-MAX WiFi nForce 680.

As all the PC's in the house either run on Rambus or SDR I have no clue about what sort of memory to buy, I may try some mild overclocking in the future but not immediately.

Which memory (2gb) should I buy?

or

for less than £130. Can't go wrong really.
