Im looking to upgrade to this:

AMD Athlon 64 3800+ 2.4GHz (Socket AM2) - Retail (CP-165-AM).
Asus M2N32-SLi-DLX nForce 590 SLi (Socket AM2) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard (MB-142-AS).

What memory should i use to complete this setup. I'm not an overclocker all im looking for is 2x1GB stable, reliable memory configuration.

It's great to see that AMD have moved onto DDR2 and now it's getting cheaper to buy.

G.Skill 2GB DDR2 LA PC2-5300 (2x1GB) CAS4 Dual Channel Kit (F2-5400PHU2-2GBLA) (MY-012-GS).

Wow is that cheap! is that going to be compatible with my configuration and stablility wise?

If thats the case im going to buy i pair of those. I've never heard of G.Skill are they any good ive always bought brands like Crucial, Corsair, Kingston.

Any advice regarding the compatible and stablility of using G.Skill 2GB DDR2 LA PC2-5300 (2x1GB) CAS4 Dual Channel Kit (F2-5400PHU2-2GBLA) (MY-012-GS) with Asus M2N32-SLi-DLX nForce 590 SLi (Socket AM2) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard (MB-142-AS) would be nice.

i read somewhere that for the asus m2n-e, the only ram they've announced to be compatible is corsair ddr2..i`m sure this is just marketing, but just fyi
