I have found a very good deal on the below memory

Kingston HyperX - Memory - 2 GB ( 2 x 1 GB ) - DIMM 240-pin - DDR II - 800 MHz / PC2-6400 - CL4 - 2 V - unbuffered - non-ECC

I have got Vista home pro and 1gb of ram (2x512) running a bit slugish so wanted to upgrade.

I have looked round and the memory prices are very good at the moment but have the option of 3

1.Kingston HyperX - Memory - 2 GB ( 2 x 1 GB ) - DIMM 240-pin - DDR II - 800 MHz / PC2-6400 - CL4 - 2 V - unbuffered - non-ECC at £80 inc vat

2.Kingston ValueRAM - Memory - 2 GB ( 2 x 1 GB ) - DIMM 240-pin - DDR II - 667 MHz / PC2-5300 - CL5 - 1.8 V - unbuffered - non-ECC at £48 inc vat

3.Patriot 2GB PC6400 Kit (2x1GB) 800MHz, CL 5-5-5-12 Part: PDC22G6400ELK at £74 inc vat

any imput to the 3 options???

Im not looking to overclock at the moment so want 800mhz at stock. I will be looking to tweak it a little when I get some more air through the case and get time to mess. Would I be better getting tighter timings at stock speed hows that work?
