i got threadripper 2950x few years back
since then cannot get 3200 stable enough for me. (not really tried to much) but thought id give it ago now ive ordered a 3090
CPU 2950X
Board Asus Zenith Extreme
Bios: Latest
Need my RAM completely stable for my workflow ( i know OCing can never be completely stable...)
Got 2 Kits:
3200mhz fails 1 error after 300% on 8 pack
3200mhz fails 1 error after 400% on Hyperx
3000Mhz Works fine on both at 14-15-15-30 tRFC (292) up to 800%
Voltages
tried up to 1.38V on both DRAM A-B
SOC tried up to 1.1v
any more ideas i should try? i know it could be just bad threadripper IMC, but thought best to ask if im being stupid
