Memory (Bank Cycle Time)

Help..... i have been overclocking my new build and so far i have had good results,however can anybody tell me what my Bank Cycle Time (Trc) should be on or what it actually is? also DRAM Idle Timer?
My System:-
ASUS A8N-SLI PREMIUM
AMD Opteron 146 (overclocked to 2.85MHz)
XFX 7800GT EXTREME
2x1GB OCZ PC4000 (250 MHz) 2.65V
CAS# 2.5
RAS# to CAS# 3
RAS# Precharge 2
Cycle Time (tRAS) 7
Bank Cycle Time (tRC) 19
DRAM Idle Timer 16

To be honest as long as your stable I wouldn't worry about them, they make very little difference to your performance or overclockability.
