Memory Bottleneck?

Hi All

I recently bought a new comp from Ebay, spec as follows

Intel Q6600
Asus P5N-E mainboard
ATI Radeon X1950XT graphics card

It came with a single stick of 2GB PC2-6400 unbranded memory. I am trying to find out if this memory is any good, or if it would be worth upgrading to better spec memory.

The figures I get when I run CPU-Z are as follows (SPD tab @ 400Mhz)

CAS# Latency 5.0
RAS# to CAS# 5
RAS# Precharge 5
tRAS 16
tRC 21
Voltage 1.8V

Can anyone tell me if these figures are any good? I don;t want the RAM to be the bottleneck of the system

Thanks
Russ

Just one stick? That would mean it's running in single channel mode. You could buy another stick from the vendor, and run in duel channel mode.

Maybe 10%.

Your current memory won't be bottlenecking your system anyway.
