Memory Comparison

Hi Guys

Does anyone know the difference between the memory below apart from the price and one is branded Crucial and the other Ballistix. Is it worth the extra money?

It's for a Dell Precision M4800. Will be used for running multiple VMs. SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, etc
