Memory compatability

I have a new with 1GB of 533mhz DDR2 memory. I also have 1 stick of OcUK Value 512MB PC3200 184pin DDR Memory (MY-002-OK) - wouldthis be compatible with my other memory? Would it be worth putting it in one of my spare memory slots to give me 1.5gb?

DDR2 and DDR are not compatible!!

What motherboard do you have so we can advise some ram that will work.
