Memory Compatability

Firstly hello to all!

Secondly my apologies if thei has been answered on here but I can't find it.

Thirdly I am runnign a 4Core Dual VSTA Asrock board which claims it can run DDRII 667/533. Will it be okay to put some DDRII 6400 (800mhz) ram in it?
As I woudl rather get this for overclocking/upgrading purposes.

You'll be better off with http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-088-CR&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=144 tbh, which overclock to hell.

But if you overclock the PC5300 it won't run at high speeds, think you can only run at 700mhz.
