Memory compatibility - GA-Z68XP-UD3P

I shall be upgrading my memory to 16GB at some point this summer and wish to know which brands would be a good bet to go with my GA-Z68XP-UD3P

Actually I've just found what memory mine takes : DDR3 1066/1333/1600/1866/2133

In my system : HyperX Genesis Grey DDR3 1600MHz CL9 8GB

Shall I go for better timings? Or higher MHZ
