Memory compatibility help

Hi Guys - Looking at building a new PC and I wanted to check if the below memory was compatible with with the ASUS Republic of Gamers Maximus IX Hero Z270. This appears to be what 8 pack uses with this build, albeit with the 32GB set.

A word to the wise- chances are the motherboard will come with an older BIOS version, and theres a good chance it will need updating to run the faster memory. Had the problem with a CPU that was technically supported, but needed to be updated to recognise it. IF it runs as is, fine, but if it doesnt like itm an update may well be the solution.

Should I download the latest bios to a USB stick before installing the new mobo, CPU and ram?
