Dear Forum Members,

I would like to ask you if there is anybody here who knows if these three components are compatible with each other? The most important information would be whether the motherboard can run perfectly with the memory at the speed indicated: 3600 Mhz / CL16 / 1.35v

ASUS TUF B550M-Plus + 5800X + Kingston FURY Renegade 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz KF436C16RB1K2/32

I've looked almost everywhere, but I just can't find a similar configuration. I already have the motherboard and the processor, and I could get this fast and attractive memory at a very good price and long warranty period. Please help me as I have given up hope. :,(

I can't find any information on the memory manufacturer's page on QVL, nor on the motherboard manufacturer's page.

You are the last chance I have left. Thank you in advance for your reply!

In theory it should be alright, 2 dimms @ 3600 is not an 'extreme' setting for Zen 3 CPUs.
I see. Thanks for the info. By the way, for this configuration, the fastest 2 modules that can be put in , is the 4400 Mhz? I know, there wouldn't be a huge difference (for example 3600 CL16 vs 4400 Cl19), but I'm asking because of the Zen 3 Infinity Fabric, how does this work anyway?

Would I be better off with a 4400 CL19 than a 3600 CL16? I know, they would be almost on par because of latency, but doesn't this Zen 3 architecture prefer high Mhz?

3600 is popular because most ryzen 3000/5000 will run the infinity fabric/memory 1:1 going above this is silicon lottery whither the infinity fab can run 1:1 with the memory, you can run faster memory but the IF might decouple going to half the speed of the memory which introduces a latency penalty.
