Memory compatibility question

Hi there!

It supports DDR3-1600 (OC), which presumably means it supports 1600 sticks.

However, there is a spcific list of RAM sticks that it supports (http://www.asrock.com/mb/memory/M3A790GXHUSB3.pdf)

My question is, will this board support any other RAM that isn't listed there? Im on a tight budget, so would this (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-180-OC&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1517) be suitable for my mobo?

To run at the recommended speed you will need to overclock your cpu!

Ohh so is that what the OC means after the frequency?
