Memory compatibility

Hi i have a Asus m4a78 pro motherboard and wanted to know if it will support OCZ Blade Series 4GB memory which runs at 1150MHz. or will i need to get a Asus M4N82 Deluxe nForce 980a motherboard.

found this one Gigabyte GA-MA790X-UD3P AMD 790X witch one is the best motherbord.

it does support upto 1200mhz overclocked according to the asus spec sheet,
i cant get the memory support list because as usual the asus site doesnt work

i take you also are aware you need to be running a 64bit operating system to see the full 4gb?
