Memory compatible with Mobo?

Hi guys,

I've got a ASRock 939NF6G-VSTA motherboard in a secondary machine, which is currently running 1 gig of memory (2 x 512 sticks of DDR 2700).

My question is would that mobo be able to run this:

• Crucial 2GB kit (2x1GB) DDR 400MHz/PC3200 Memory Non-ECC Unbuffered CL3 Lifetime Warranty

As the mobo website says it supports Non-ECC and up to DDR400 so I'm not sure if there's any other info that I'm missing
