Memory confusion

Hi,

I am a bit confused with my RAM, when I bought my PC the memory which was supplied was suppose to have timings of 5-5-5-12 but after doing a CPU-Z scan of my system it is telling me it's 5-5-5-18 is this bad or not as I’m a complete novice and I’m thinking I have been scanted.

Not sure what make of RAM it is, but when I configured it I had the choose of High Performance 800MHz DDR2 5-5-5-12 or Extreme Performance 800MHz Low-Latency 4-4-4-12, but I seem to of ended up with different timings altogether, how would I know what the stock value is?

Sorry for being such a noob but I have now changed it to 5-5-5-12, but now when I run CPU-Z it is showing it correct in the memory tab but different in the SPD tab can anyone help me plaese is this correct? I don't really get it :confused:
