I've got a couple of Hero chairs and I find that I like to use the neck pillows but not the lumbar one. The neck pillows feel ever so just that bit high and I was wondering if anyone was able to tell me if the memory foam ones are better or not? Are they thicker/thinner? Are they that much of an upgrade?
