Memory for a Sandybridge Build

I am thinking of ordering some memory for a sandybridge build but wondered if someone could offer me advice.

Some of the motherboards I've been looking at have stated "x4 1.5v DDR3 DIMM Sockets". Does that mean that the OCZ Special Ops Ram won't work in these boards because the description for the ram says 1.55v - 1.65v.

Also is there any real benefit to buying the Intel XMP stuff?

Also, what would be better? 2 z 4GB PC3-10666 C9 or 4 x 2GB PC3-10666 C8?

Run it at CAS9, and it should work fine at 1.50v
