memory for AMD build

Looking at memory for an AMD build with the GIGABYTE GA-B350M-GAMING 3 mobo and Ryzen 5 1600

Originally I was looking at
GEIL EVO X AMD EDITION 32GB (16GBX2) PC4-19200 2400MHZ DUAL CHANNEL KIT - BLACK (GAEXY432GB2400C16D but is there a better alternative as supplies of this limited

With regards the Ryzen CPU; is this with all Ryzen chips or mainly the 1600? Would I be better off with a 1700 or 1800?

On the Geil memory as an example, it’s 2400mhz where as the mobo is up to 3200mhz. Maybe a silly question but is is worth making sure I get the 3200mhz memory?
