Memory for AMD EXPO OR XMP

I know EXPO is for AMD but can you still use XMP and is there much difference.

I'm getting a DDR 5 kit preferably G.Skill what speed would be ideal what are your recommendations?

I'm going to wait for the X3D versions,

Is it worth it or better to go with the 7000 series, had the previous Aorus Masters, love the connectivity, performance and never had any issues

The question I have is, would you buy 2 x 32GB sticks or 4 x 16GB sticks to fill all the slots?

Is it still the case 4 sticks are better than 2?
 
Looks good as well when all the slots are full but if you say 4 sticks may cause issues maybe just get 2 sticks
