memory for core i7 6700K

I am looking for memory to go with a Intel Core i7 6700K

HyperX Fury Black 32GB (4x8GB Kit) 2400MHz DDR4 Non-ECC CL15

Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB DDR4 (2x16GB) 2400MHz C14

Am I better going for 2x16GB or 4x8GB modules?

Personally I'd get whichever is cheapest as performance gains will most likely be within the margin of error with the ram bandwidth not being a bottleneck in performance.

Skylake does like nice 'n' fast ram with the sweetspot around the 3200mhz mark on most boards so get the fastest you can within your budget and 2x16gb will be your better option as it puts less strain on the CPU's IMC
