Kits above 6000 are far more commonly XMP, since AM5 / 7000 CPUs worked best with that speed on release.
6200/6400 EXPO kits do exist, though less common than 6000.
XMP is not a problem, many X870 boards have XMP kits on their QVL, even @ 8000+ (but since this is overclocking their presence on the QVL is not guaranteeing they will run problem-free).
