Memory for DS4

Hi all
I am looking for some compatible ram to go with my DS4 and E6300 i have some G.Skill DDR2 NR PC2-6400 but it doesnt work, i currently have 256mb of value kingston ram runing in my system.

Could any one recomend a 1 or 2 gig kit, that will run stable and at the right speeds for £100 or less?

OCZ 1GB (2 x 512MB) PC2-6400 Dual Channel Special Ops XTC Series DDR2 runs in my ds3 which has similar problems with memory, the Corsair 1GB DDR2 XMS2-5400 TwinX (2x512MB) (MY-059-CS) should run on the ds4, you can always check what memory is compatable on the gigabyte website though.
