Bottom set are better imo, C9 v C7

Is it definately worth it?
i.e. corsair have reputation on their side from what I've read.

AMD cpu's prefer lower latencies, so the top set would be slightly better, however Corsair set looks better and is one of the most reputable brands around.

If the Corsair wasn't on sale Id say get the Vipers, but because it is Id buy Corsair. Won't be a real difference out of the box and the corsair stuff can be clocked higher
