I've just upgraded my Mobo and CPU (Abit IP35-E with an E6750).
I didn't realise I wouldn't be able to use my DDR ram in it (Doh! Should've done my homework!), so now I need some RAM.
I'm not really interested in overclocking the system (HERESY!!! Burn the infidel!), so bearing that in mind: Is it really worth spending more on faster/better memory, or should I just buy something thats OK quality and cheap. i.e. will I seen any noticable improvement from using pc6400/8500 over 4200/5300.
PS. Hurrah for OcUK being open on bank holidays, my PC is in bits all over the spare-room floor and it's only a matter of time before my cat eats something imporant!
