Memory for R7 2700X?

I've read about possibly needing Samsung B Die memory? Not too sure what this is.

If you read the reviews it doesn’t appear to be. While not cheap the 8 pack 3200 c14 is bdie and works well for me on a Ryzen 1700. Others may be bdie based but you would need some one else to advise or do some research.

Yup, that's what I have in mine, brilliant RAM. Enable XMP, good to go (or DOCP I think it still shows as on MSI boards, at least it does on my friends B450)

You don't have to have Samsung B die. In theory any kit can/should work fine. A Samsung B die just means it has a better chance of running at rated speed. Some non B die 3200 kits might only run at 2933 for example.

A look at the QVL list will also show you kits that have been tested to work with said board.
