It's been years since I bought any memory and I'm looking for some 3600 to go into my B550 MAG with a 5900X. Any recommendations please, thanks.

That's DDR5 so anything from 5600mhz to 6000mhz memory will do nicely just get the best value for money.
Preferably expo.
You can always check the motherboard qvl list for memory if you prefer.
