Memory for z97 ranger vii

Hi

Just ordered the ranger bundle with the i7 4790k need to choose ram.

Normal desktop but gaming is important to me so also so looking for a 16 gb kit.

I always get confused with speed and timing so never sure I get the right memory. Don't want to spend a fortune but looking for a good solution. Vengeance pro seems to come up often just wondering if that's a good one if so what version or to look elsewhere
