can you also post your CPU and Memory Specs?
It could be many problems, you may have your FSB: DRAM ratio incorrect, or there could be a Jumper on your motherboard which allows you to change the RAM Frequency.
If you can go into your BIOS and post what frequency is displayed in there, it would be a great help...
Also you don't manually up the voltage yourself, you change the frequency in the BIOS and the BIOS changed the voltages automatically to correspond to the frequency set.
