I've recently upgraded my memory from 2 x 1gb PNY PC3200 DDR to "OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-6400C4 Dual Channel Platinum Revision 2 XTC Series DDR2 (OCZ2P800R22GK)" and also changed from my Sapphire X1950 Pro 512mb AGP card to OC's own X1950 Pro 512mb PCI-E card.....

Since the install, I've had a couple of BSOD's with it telling me I've got a problem with "atidvag" !?!?

The reason I got the ASRock board was so I could upgrade a bit at a time with it supporting AGP and PCI-E and DDR and DDRII - I know its not a great board!!!

Can anyone point me towards a reason as to why my system has become unstable???

Thanks...

Yeah, I had the 7.7's already on when I slotted the new card in, it crashed so I used CCleaner to remove them and installed the 7.8 drivers and it crashed again!
I was overclocking my C2D 4300 when I was using my AGP card and DDR memory so I've now set my BIOS settings to default settings - except selecting PCI-E as my graphics adapter - since then I've had no crashes *crosses fingers* - I'm wondering if its just coz my new OCZ memory is DDRII800 and my mobo doesnt support that high???

I know my mobo is my weak point now with only supporting DDRII667 and the PCI-E interface at just x4 - I just want it to be stable until I can afford a mobo upgrade!

Can anyone point me towards a decent mobo that will get the most out of my current components??

Thanks...
