Memory in Crossfire mode

Quick question chaps, so I know in SLI if you have 2 (or 3) 1.5gb cards, you get 1.5gb of memory.

But what about crossfire ? If I have 2 6970s with 2gb each do I get 4gb or just 2gb ?

Crossfire is the same. You will still have 2GB VRAM.

Both cards hold the same data.
