Memory issues need help

i have 8gb team group memory installed in my pc rig. i am running on windows 8.1 pro 64bit.

i recently found memory low screen appearing and its no virus or malware than i can jind. run nortons anti virus and malware bytes anti virus and all clean.

i do not understand how 8gb can be used up and not available.

please can anyone shed some light on this matter as its a constant issue and makes no sense at all.


i have a screen shot of system mrmory display but dont know how to display it. kepep trying but it wants a http address and i stored it as a png on pc rig.
i realy ned help and advise as i do not belive it posisble for the memory to run low or out when i use 8gb and dont actually have any high energey usage items.

so what could be doing this please.
 
After boot open up task manager, then resource monitor and find out what service/program is using it up, then go to "run or search" and type msconfig and go to services tab and untick the offending service, this will stop it at startup, click apply and restart.
 
If you don't find any offending services:

If you have used Samsung Magician and made some changes with it, the Page File may have been disabled. This will give you low memory warnings whenever your usage tops 6GB, if I remember correctly. This would be another explanation for what you are seeing. So check the Page File and re-enable it if necessary (just go with System Managed unless you know better). Even if you haven't ever opened Samsung Magician, check the Page File anyway.
