memory not performing better at 800mhz compared to 667mhz?

Hi guys. just got my MSI Platinum power up editons BIOS flashed and am now running the memory at 800mhz. (CORSAIR 6400 cas 5). Just benchmarked it and only got 5 more points on 3D mark 05 lol! Whats going on?

guess that test is not memory bandwidth limited.

super pi 32m would be a good benchmark.
