Memory not reading correct in bios

untill tonite I have been running 4x1gb ocz platinuim 800mhz with no problems , I have installed 2x2gb corsair xms2 1066 , when i first put it in it showed it as 800 so I rest the cmos to take it back to factory settings and started again, it showed it as 1066, I then restarted the over clocking of the cpu and adjusted the system memory multiplyer and rebooted and went back into bois the memory reads 800/1076

mobo is a gigabyte ga-x48-ds5
cpu is q8300 @ 3.22 the stupid thing it runns very well like this

any ideas would ne great
