I'm having trouble getting my memory running at it's full speed 2133mhz.
Memory is https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-138-GL 32Gb (4 x 8Gb)
Mobo is https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-375-GI
I've tried everything I can think of in the BIOS, XMP simply causes the PC to stop responding. I've set all timings etc. I can get it to run at 1866mhz but any more and it halts and tells me I've overclocked and I have to reset BIOS.
Gigabyte and Geil to be honest have been no help whatsoever. they merely keep telling me to enable XMP.
Can anyone help me out with this, maybe talk me through the BIOS settings I should be changing to make sure I'm doing this properly? i can't understand why XMP shouldn't work
