Right 2 days ago i was running at 3.8Ghz on my CPU and with a stable 950Mhz on the memory with 5-5-5-15-2T @ 1.9v
Now i stripped my computer down and when i set it all back up it was very unstable, wouldn't even run at its overclock speeds and would only be fully stable at stock.
After doing the basic trouble shooting i ended up running memtest, my RAM failed so with that i mind i took the RAM back and exchanged it for another set of identicle RAM ( 4Gb Geil black dragon 800Mhz ) and i have the same problem.
So once again i run memtest with it failing yet again, i then tried each stick one at a time and each stick passt easily. When i installed both stick i was greeted by a once again unstable system
Basically long story short, i can run overclocked with 1 stick of RAM but when ever i install 2 sticks i get a unstable system that crash's and BSOD a lot.
Ive tried upping the memory/NB/SB/CPU voltage and cannot make my system stable with 2 sticks.
Any ideas?
My motherboard is an ASUS P5N-T Deluxe 780i SLI
